Tracking Auxiliary Power Supply

Stand-alone, high stability tracking DC power supply. Tracks excitation  voltages from 4.9V- 18 VDC. Powers 8-175, 16 -350, or 32 -700 load cells.  Compatible with most indicators. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GATED (CHOPPED) SUPPLIES.  Tracks input voltage of source or can increase excitation for higher cell  outputs and still track the input. Can multiply input voltage x1, x 1.25,  or x 1.5. Miniature screw connectors. Maximum wire size: #14 AWG. Mounted  in NEMA 4X fibreglass enclosure with 3 strain-reliefs and power cord. Includes  mounting hardware. Enclosure size: 7.5" x 6.5" x 3.5" H.Board  size: 6 -3/4" x 4 -3/4" (for standard JIC 806 enclosure). Mounting  holes: 6 -1/4" x 4 -1/4".

 5V Power Supply

Low cost, linear regulated power supply in a small compact package.  Works from a 117 VAC source and provides a regulated +5VDC source at a  maximum continuous current of 100 mA. An ideal supply for small control  applications which require power for small relays or logic. Applications  include batching, control, and test fixturing. Size: 2-1/2" 2-3/4".  Available as board only.

Relay Board

Compact, 4 channel machanical relay module designed to fit inside the  standard housing of the Consolidated Controls UMC-600® and the IQ-700® weight indicators. Each channel  has a UL listed relay with a form "C"contact rated at 10 amperes  @125/277 VAC and 5 amperes @ 30 VDC. The horsepower rating is 1/8 hp @  125/277 VAC. Power is provided by the 5 VDC supply of the indicator. The  setpoint outputs (logic level) drive the inputs. Each channel has an LED  indicator which is lit when the channel is "on".Snubbing is with  a 10 joule metal oxide varistor to reduce contact wear, EMI/RFI noise,  and arcing. Two-piece connectors are provided for easy wiring.

Interface up to four 350, or up to (8) 700 load cells with computer or PLC; parallels the load cell signal to make one analog output with 1,500 Vrms isolation. The LC420I provides a stable, adjustable 15 VDC excitation source, signal amplification, filtering, zero offset, and a proportional output in 4-20, 0-20, 5-25 mA and 0-10, 0-5, -5 to +5 VDC formats. Powered by from 105 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hertz. Screw terminal connectors- no soldering.

LOAD CELL TO ANALOG CONVERTER

The 4LC-420 filters and amplifies the signals from up to four load cells  and converts those signals to standardized 4-20 mA analog outputs for useby  a PLC. Produces a separate signal for each load cell. Can be used as a  stand-alone unit; as a power supply (includes its own power supply to power  and amplify the load cells) or can be used to eliminate a junction box  in the system.  Serial to BCD Converter

Receives serial ASCII signal (20 mA current loop or RS-232), buffers  it, reformats it to BCD, and produces a BCD output. The software also allows  the operator to invert the BCD data, the minus, overweight, net, and motion  outputs selectively. Circuit board contains BCD output at TTL levels with  high-sink, 100 mA external voltage operation, 24 VDC direct PLC operation.  Outputs for BCD, annunciators, and BCD drive voltage input. Communications problems? Need long cable runs? Use a Great Communicator!  A self-contained, line powered, optically isolated, bi-directional data  conditioner. Take RS-232, RS-422, or current loop in and get RS-232, RS-422,  and/or current loop out. Use one or all 3 data formats at the same time!  Used to buffer and convert commonly used serial data forms and gain the  benefits of optical isolation, particularly with RS-232. Cable runs up  to 4000'. (Note: all outputs are active.) Also acts as transient protector for data lines.
