WS650 Relay Board Compact, 4 channel machanical relay module designed to fit inside the standard housing of the Consolidated Controls UMC-600® and the IQ-700®
weight indicators. Each channel has a UL listed relay with a form "C"contact rated at 10 amperes @125/277 VAC and 5 amperes @ 30 VDC. The horsepower rating is 1/8 hp @ 125/277 VAC. Power is provided by the 5 VDC supply of the indicator. The setpoint outputs (logic level) drive the inputs. Each channel has an LED indicator which is lit when the channel is "on".Snubbing is with a 10 joule metal oxide varistor to reduce contact wear, EMI/RFI noise, and arcing. Two-piece connectors are provided for easy wiring.

Serial to BCD Converter
Receives serial ASCII signal (20 mA current loop or RS-232), buffers it, reformats it to BCD, and produces a BCD output. The software also allows the operator
to invert the BCD data, the minus, overweight, net, and motion outputs selectively. Circuit board contains BCD output at TTL levels with high-sink, 100 mA external voltage operation, 24 VDC direct PLC
